I have 30 email accounts in outlook 2007 and will ad 50 more (4 every week) every day I have to open and close the software 7-10 times just to process the send/receive because it always freezes (the software not my machine). The whole reason I am using outlook in the first place is because I need a pice of (ad in) software like ARM = Auto Reply Manager to handle my delayed responses to 80 different email accounts professionally and I couldnt find a plug in for any other mail management software. I have tried repairing the accounts by going to tools> account settings>email> select email then hit repair but dosnt seam to do anything. Then I will get a pop up telling me toveryify pasword for account that is already correct and then ther are 3-10 send recieve errors for accounts I know are good when I sighn in manually. So basicly its a jumbled mess and I imagine its only going to get worse when I ad another 50 accounts to the mix.
I need some one to log into my computer through gotomypc or teamviewer or whatever and nail this issue to the wall and blow its ugly head off with a big gun of knowledge.
Let me know how long the fix will take and how much?
my outlook 2007 is a cracked version but I had another guy try to fix it and he said that that wasn't the issue.
My auto reply manager is a paid version.
and I also need to uninstall Xobni plug in and High imact email plug in just to clean up the outlook from un needed plugins that arnt helping but I can find out how to uninstall them.
What I want is; I start up Outlook once and it runs the the send and recieve for 80 accounts and I close it no issues.
You must be %100 confident you can fix my mess
Thank you for reading.

You need a different architecture for your email solution. Outlook - I am an expert on email - is Microsoft's worst thread using and memory leaking application. At the minimum you will need to either setup an Exchange server or use a better solution that I could architect for you in any number of ways. Assuming by accounts you mean separate mail servers or even profiles I can help you but this solution is actually quite a bit more involved than it may first appear; if you must use Outlook you will need to switch to the 64-bit version in Office 2010 so you can use more than 3GB of ram (like 8GB to 12GB). But this is a real project and requires more requirements gathering of the project. Don't waste your money on someone who thinks thet can give you your solution in Outlook 2007. Contact me.
