StokEntry Amazon MWS Data Validation

I have an existing Excel spreadsheet with Macros that enters product data for upload to Amazon structured as such.... Product ID, Condition Code, Item Note, Quantity, Expedited Shipping, Location. This form uses Macros that exports this data to a txt file for upload later. 1. I want a title column added after Product ID. Title column should not be editable, and should be 'skipped' in the form so as not to inhibit workflow. 2. I want to add a feature that, either uses my MWS or a scrape that validates the product ID is on Amazon's DB, and returns the product title to the title column. This should either populate in the background while the user continues to enter items so as not to affect user workflow (preferred), or be a button to periodically check. 3. I want Macros to NOT allow export (already written) unless all product ID's are returned as valid...Meaning Amazon recognizes them and has returned a title. 4. User must be able to go back and remove an item or line that is NOT validated, and have it NOT impact export file integrity. 5. Export does not need to have title, just data as it currently exists...(SKU,ProductId,Condition,Inventory Quantity,Expedited Shipping,Item Note,Paid Price,Location,Provider) as we know all product ID's are valid because of point 3. Workflow... 1. User enters Product ID. (tab) Product ID may be ISBN 10, ISBN 13, or ASIN. 2. User Enters Condition. (tab) 3. User Enters Item Note (tab) Columns Quantity, Expedited, and Location are preset but editable, and are 'skipped'. 3.5 Program retrieves Title using product ID enters in Title column. If not returned, filed is either flagged as invalid or left blank with some 'marker' showing an attempt to validate was made and failed. User should not have to wait for validation to go on to Next line. 4. User Enter Line 2 ProductID...and so on. Also, I am VERY open to suggestions or recommendations in order to improve workflow or design.
