I am after a multi-paradigm and multi-language expert for a Python based project.
Premise from official Google Code page: "Shed Skin" is an experimental compiler, that can translate pure, but implicitly statically typed Python (2.4-2.6) programs into optimized C++. It can generate stand-alone programs or extension modules that can be imported and used in larger Python programs.
Here is an update GIT repository:

What is requested to do: I would really like to have an adjunct backend output is created for this project. It should be give the capability to output optimized "Visual C++ .NET" starting from Python language subset parsed as input. The latter is already done pretty well at the moment. If not too expensive kindly evaluate how much is going to cost adapting the existing shedskin's .hpp + .cpp codebase to "Visual C++ .NET".

Please note that the requirement is about VC++ .NET generation and not NATIVE VC++.
