Hello, Some time ago I developed something similar using ESP8266 platform. The project involved: - few DHT11 sensors for humidity / temp - ultrasonic distance sensor for water level measurement Of course your project is more complex. It's a matter of adding more sensors and RPI seems to be better (ESP has limited performance and only 1 analog input). Cool project. I'll gladly develop it for you.
