Car parking software

I need you to develop some software for me. I would like this software to be developed for Windows using SQL. The project is Name : car parking software Required function & integration We need to 1- store clients name , mobile , Car model , brand , plate number 2- integrate with Pos machine , Barcode scanner , ticket printer , receipt printer , credit card payment , card reader 3- calculate the fare cost as per the changed hourly fees 4- calculate the difference between the eatery time / exit time ( hour based ). And then calculate the cost 5- store how much each client spent in the parking / month / year 6- ability to add extra fees to the parking fees like cleaning service Function : 1- The client who came for the first time 2- the cashier will add his data for first time through the pos machine interface and can print a tag to be stamped to the car for the next use to be scanned by scanner 3- the cashier print an enter ticket for the client ( Encrypted ticket ( Barcode )). 4- then the client handover the keys of his car to the driver 5- The client spent a time and then come back to receive his car so he give the ticket to the cashier , then the cashier scan the ticket by the barcode scanner 6- the software should calculate the difference between entry time / exit time and calculate the cost (hourly based ) 7- then the client pay cash and if he want to pay credit card so, the cashier will scan the credit card or ATM through the reader and make the payment through it 8- the software should record all process and also the payment method 9- after the payment been done so, the receipt printer to print a receipt for the client 10- in case the client requested to clean his car during parking so , when the cashier issue a ticket with extra fees once it is requested before handing over the car keys from client to cashier
