Chat Messaging Logger System -- 2

Scope A system to identify specific conversations channels/groups of chat messaging systems and forums based on rules of containing words and/or images. Description The system will work as three modules: 1) Frontend Management - HTML5 admin system (we will provide the templates) to manage bots, rules and incidents detect. 2) Logger - create/modify python bots as loggers, which will log all messages from channels/groups of Discord, Telegram, WhatsApp, IRC and Forums. Messages and media will be stored in Google Cloud Datastore or Mongo Database. 3) Detection - based on rules, analyze the messages regularly and, alerting any infringement. The system is not complex since we do not expect more than bots logging messages into a database, a detection system that analyzes the messages based on regex/words/images and, a basic frontend management system. Everything should run inside Google Cloud using: - Google Cloud App Engine - for frontend and bots; - Google Cloud Datastore or MongoDB - for data store and database; - Google Cloud Vision API - to detect images. What we expect? A team with experience on use of Google Cloud capabilities, python and PHP. We do not have a restrict time to deliver, but we expect this project closed in four weeks with meetings every week to analyze deliverables. Please aware that we're experts on technology, we have background in python and PHP, but we do not have time to execute this project. We will test and expect high-quality deliveries that we can extend easily with the same team.
