Connectwise Manage Email Notifications/Responses Process and Formatting

We are currently in the market for a Connectwise Administrator who can assist with the development of Connectwise processes. We are now working through the onboarding of clients into our Connectwise instance, and need to ensure that the processes created for their business are appropriate, and benefit from the power of the Connectwise platform. The processes that we need assistance with are: - Board Management and Ticket Triage - Inquiry Management - Resource Management - Agreement Creation and Billing - Sales Process Creation - Project Management - Solution Integration Feedback The ideal candidate will be Connectwise Manage Certified, and will have extensive experience working inside of Connectwise. Also the ideal candidate will have experience using Connectwise for all types of operations, including Marketing, Sales, Service Delivery, and Project Management. This is a long-term freelancer position that offers lots of flexibility to the right candidate.
