Manage and convert sales leads on-line

I am looking for someone to handle a work load that I just can't do on my own any more because I have too many possible leads. I am an independent writing tutor and college counselor and have multiple opportunities to reach out to customers on-line and I am getting way behind every day. I also need someone to do basic salesforce work (monitoring type of leads, quotes sent, conversion rate) as well as present them to me on a weekly basis. The basic free lance job is to answer the lead promptly and get me the chance to talk to the eventual client and sell myself, my service, and negotiate price in a close. Minimal conversation is necessary on your part, at least at this stage in the game.
