Reconfig is a funded startup based in Oslo, Norway, with an existing prototype of an organizational optimization tool. We have our first pilot customer, a fortune 500 company, ready to run the first project with us, but we suddenly find ourselves without a development team. Would you be able to help us build the Reconfig SaaS software in Python Django on Heroku Cloud? There are three planned components of the tool: 1: Dashboard for creating and monitoring surveys with API integration to SurveyGizmo 2: Optimization engine which structures the survey results and runs it through our genetic algorithm to optimize the organizational structure. (This algorithm is complete and only needs to be integrated into the tool) 3: Visualization module for end users to explore their own organization. There are two planned visualization code bases written by us that we want to adapt for Reconfig. This tool needs to be a multitennant cloud solution in production built to enterprise production standards with continuous integration and automated code verification. Funding is in place to pay for the project, and future feature extensions are already planned. Are you the right developer for the job?
