Hi, About budget it will depend upon your requirements. If its just collage project then charges will be lower then mentioned. I can help you with frontend of your python code, I am good with django applications, its web based interface. Which is good if your application need to be accessed at multiple systems. If its only desktop app and will be accessed by single system then we can go with pyqt.

By interface do you mean a front-end screen? I can develop the frond end screen for 45 US dollars. It can be done in Flask or Django. Thanks

I have also recently completed my own BSc (Hons) thesis in which i developed a number of Python interfaces for scripts i developed. The cost will depend on the complexity of the interface you require. A simple interface with only a small number of input fields can be easily completed in 1-2 hours. A more complicated interface will depend on what you require. If you can provide some more details, I am happy to discuss this with you. I have bid at the lowest amount i am allowed to for my country, but i am willing to charge you for a lower number of hours to give you a better price. I am happy to discuss this with you as well.
