We can provide this system with C# winform ,if you want use VC/VC++,also we can,but the duration is 20 days,thanks

Could be done faster but hard to know without having a better idea of deliverable. My last startup was a computer vision play using Microsoft’s face api. If it’s a web interface that will be longer than just sending an email with which students are there and which are not.
