Software to produce variance report from 2 csv files

Hi, I have 5+ years of experience. Developed various projects in .Net with MsSql database. Infact, 90% of the projects done so far are in ASP, which includes simple dynamic page to complex ecommerce related websites. I will create desktop application (exe) , which will read from data those two files kept in a designated folder. So whenever you run the application ,it will create report in a prescribed format. Hi, I've got extensive experience in development of VB standalone modules as well as MS Access databases and attached VBA modules. Wrote many modules that parsed & processed CSV as well as fixed format reports downloaded from main systems and fed into local databases to support branch daily operation. Two minor observations about your sample files: • You attached Pop1-2 as xlsx instead of csv. I guess it'll be provided as csv. • You say "report will be run twice a month" suggesting information comes in on a quarterly basis, however TimesheetReport filename shows full monthly period.
