hello I need a software to manage my contacts 1 i need many fields "first name full name mobile phone ...." and they have to be customisable so i can add and delete and they don't have to be the same for every contact" some have home addresses some other don't" 2 i can add a business card either with directly scanning it or adding it as an image from a folder and i can widen it by double click if needed 3 the search for a contact might be with any field with the possibility of filtering contacts " ex filter or search by country or job title or 4 import and export contacts from and to vcf excel and outlook 5 import contacts to smartphones and devices "android windows Ios " smart phones tablets PCs mac...." 6 the possibility of sending a contact or a group of contacts by email so the receiver can add them to his device android Ios or windows 7 if possible if i want to send an email to a contact when i click on the mail it opens the window of my mail client " outlook for now or thunderbird" 8 I need to back up the software and the contacts on external devices "hdds and cds" in case of troubleshoots
