Webservices bridge SOAP to Access Database

Greetings Developers I need a utility or Access database that can get information from a web service and push back other information to and from a local access database. I come from the IT world so I can use technical words to describe what I want to accomplish however I am not a developer and need assistance to turn english into code. You are bidding for a level one project and that is to help establish a connection to an existing webservice and build some sample routines to get and post data to an access database.
