The project is to perform a statistical analysis, with a short writing of the methodology justification and result interpretation. The statistical analysis proposed is a multiple regression on a panel data (6countries and time series), and a Negative Binomial. Defined scope: the various dependent and explanatory variables are already defined and in a usable excel format (ready for statistical software, preferably eViews). The goal is to test on the different dependent, explanatory and control variables to reach the best results (maximizing test quality, test R2, explanatory variable significance, etc). As possible, the analysis will be done on eViews. Output requested: The statistical analysis (descriptive stats, table results) is joined with a short description of the test optimization justification (3pp max) and the result interpretation (5pp). eViews files (if possible) should be sent along. Provided material: Database of dependent and explanatory and control variables (as sampled in attachment), docs about the spirit of the test goal and rationale, coming asap. Also description of the wished methods will be provided. One fo the main constraint is to be close to the related literature, as summarized in the 3p files here under. The short deadline is of the essence, as of 24-48 hours. to discuss Best regards.
