Hello, I am a condo owner living in Arlington (zip code 22204) looking for an independent written assessment of a master bedroom water leak. The unit is on the 12th and top floor. I'm the original owner who has lived in the unit since 2008 and this is the first leak in this area. While here, I'd also like the engineer to assess and document water entry near a ribbon and in a HVAC closet. Would also appreciate written action to protect property from further water intrusion. Looking for a someone with experience in water forensics, condo property assessments, and structural engineering. Please do not text. Thank you for considering the job.
