Configure postfix and odoo/OpenERP v8 email on Debian 7 VPS

Hello,
I need a postfix and odoo/OpenERP expert to finalize configuration of both on a VPS server.
Configuration :
OS : Debian 7
Odoo : v8
postfix : 2.9.6-2
Work already done : install of ssh setup, ufw/iptables/fail2ban, gunicorn, supervisord, postfix, postgresql, odoo v8
Work to be performed:
1) Finalise postfix and odoo configuration as necessary in order that user's sign-in by email works for the blog module, and emailing campains work for the CRM module. Use a smart-host or explain counter-argument. Provide information / pre-requisites to not be limited by quotas, especially when a CRM campain is sent.
1b) as an option, configure domain email address with robust and efficient anti-spam strategy.
2) Solve a dependency problem: wkhtmltox : Depends: libjpeg-turbo8
3) Provide a trace of all modifications performed (list of commands executed, and files modifications), or the full procedure.
4) Explain in a short summary (half a page), what was wrong.
5) Acceptation of work based on tests.
