I have 4 servers that has VMware vSphere 5 with existing hosts, I need to migrate all hosts to 1 server and create 1 redundent server for it. Also need to install/configure vCenter to handle servers, configure vMotion, Vlan, SAN, Snapshots, etc… If you feel that you can do this job please come over Skype to discuss and prepare me a scope of work to proceed hiring

I'd like to know how's your envionment at this moment in order to findout how can we proceed with this job. Note that this might take some times to complete. It all depends on the servers. Hi, I've been working with vSphere fro last 2 years as a system admin. However, could you please give more detailed description of what you need to do? As far as I can see it's: 1. Install vCenter 2. Perform migration 3. ... any network/storage configuration? Is there something special for Amazon Web Services? What kind of work is expected for that? Best regards,

G'day... I currently run a cluster(s)s of ESXi (& VM Infrastruture) servers, and have vCentre setup, so I should be able to create and add in your servers/DC, and start to migrate them across etc. It all depends on your new servers configs and their hardware specs etc. eg, what processors ie, and if they had the NX/ND flag etc... Do you use a central SAN/NAS/ iSCSI or NFS mounts, or just local VMDK files on each host...? As you can see, I am quite experienced at this... My SysAdmin rates are normally $70/hr, but I have quoted $50/hr for this project.. I look forward to helping you out.. Cheers, ScoutMaster

Hi I will need more information before agreeing to accept this project. The 4 servers, are they in the same domain, are they physical servers with the hosts then virtualised? You want all the hosts on 1 vCentre server and then a redundant vCenter server, is that correct? Additionally you need to expand on the configuration needed for VLAN and SAN work. Thanks Jamie
