I'm currently in need of a call center to take ad calls for me and interview the clients. You need to have experience and knowledge working with mortgage loan modifications clients as well as sales experience. I am willing to pay $150 for the first 10 closed deals and $200 each closed deal after the first 10. Also I am willing to pay $350 for your own generated leads. You will need to complete the application and email it to me and I'll take it from there. Preferred Criteria: DATA CRITERIA: Homeowners / Amount: 300k+ / Rate Type: Adjustable / Adjustable Type: NegAm / Currently Employed / Household Income: 40k+ / Ltv: 95%+ / Specific Lender Select: Countrywide, Wamu, GMAC, Household Financial, IndyMac (along 10 other specific lenders) / Presence of Children / Phones Where Available
