Need Telemarketing, inside sales agents for outbound

Please read the project description and apply only if you meet the condition. Residents of Mumbai or India with fluency in English & Hindi or Marathi only apply. I am looking for freelance telemarketing executive having desired experience and expertise, The candidate with experience and fluency in English & Hindi is desirable. The candidate will be working on a CRM reporting system. The candidate is expected to make maximum calls in a day on the Contact Database provided by us. The goal of the telecaller will be to pitch the residential project in Thane/ Mumbai, ask open questions to probe if they have any requirement for property and convince the customer for the site visit. It would be a residential apartment project or a commercial project based in Mumbai, hence I prefer freelancer from Mumbai or anywhere else in India who is fluent in English & Hindi The freelancer should be goal oriented and self motivated and highly disciplined in calling, follow up, updating the CRM system and should achieve the end goal of getting walkins, schedule appointment, coordinate and guide the client about address for site visit and thereafter follow up with the client for feeback and understand if the client is interested in booking the apartment, apprehensions if any or we need to show more options. The freelancer should be very very disciplined in follow up, send email with interested project details etc. Email content will be provided by us. This will be a long term project. We will pay on every conversion. 1. Rs. 500 for every client who visits the site or with whom you setup a meeting for us at Home or Office, Rs. 1000 after you cross 10 visits in a quarter. 3. Rs. 10000 will be paid for every closure or every sale, its considered sale when client pays the advance and completed the registration. 4. Rs. 15,000/- will be for every closure above 5 clients, so if 6 clients close in a quarter than we will pay you the difference for the past 5 clients as well. If you convert just 30 walkins in a quarter than you get paid 30k and if 6 clients convert to buyer than you get paid 90k as commission, there is no upper limit on the income you can generate, its only limited to your efforts. We are also open to discuss minimum fixed monthly where in the dual incentives will be revised lower. Let me know if any questions. Thanks
