Providing Telephony Service (Missed call & OBD)

MGINNE Private Limited is in the business of providing digital business solutions to small and micro businesses. For its e-Commerce Service Mobile MandiTM, MGINNE is seeking telephony solution from competent telephony service providers. The service provider must be a company registered in India under the relevant statute and must have been in business for at least 1 year as of 1 August 1, 2016. The Service Provider must have its own telecom infrastructure, including but not limited to PRI, Servers, owned or Leased datacenter, technical staff etc. The Service Provider must have valid licenses from the competent authorities in India to provide service as per the specification and must not have been blacklisted in past for violation of any prevailing statues. The Service Provider must also have implemented best practices for data security and information safety.
