Make me a textile prototype of a posture strap

I am looking for someone who can quote me for the manufacture of 1off prototype posture strap. I am in the very early stages of designing this for my client. I need an intermediate/expert in textile making to give me a good estimate of the price for this with the prospect of using you in the future. My client is in the UK so please consider postage/shipping cost if you are from outside of the UK. As a bit of context, I would like you to quote based on the following design shown in the amazon listing below. The strap must have a pocket in the back that will contain electrical hardware and 4x snap buttons within the pocket.
