For some of my projects, I'm also doing the physical prototype too. I'm doing product design, industrial design, reverse engineering, ideation, etc. I have over 15 years of experience working on various systems/devices across multiple industries, from concept to launch. I've designed (indeed a much larger shredder - not with disks, but with synthesized pieces on drums...), different spm, bending machines, woodworking machines (lathe, contour router, etc). In the first place, will need a redivivus on the design of your shredder... Based on the desired dimensions and driving motor, will make the corresponding parts/assembly in order to have the machine built... You should be aware that will require to have at least the disks hardened for a good operating/running - in the shredding process, the disks suffer a huge wearing...
