Impact Movie, combing live action morphed into 3d aircraft animation. 2 minutes.

I'm an inventor, bringing a new drone capturing system to market for the military. I need to create a professional advocacy video/promotion video. Includes both live action and then morphing of drone device into 3d-graphic, then inserted into a 3d animation of a US cargo aircraft (C-5 or C-17), professional narration. Max of 2 minutes. I have initial storyboard concepts (I've commissioned impact movies before), I'm currently testing/gathering initial live action (about 20 seconds worth when edited). Can you create a 3d animated aircraft inflight of a US C-5 or C-17 aircraft? Do you have professional narrators with American accents? This has a very big military slant to the presentation of the technology....so do you have experience with military graphics/3d animation?
