The bid based on the assumptions of reasonable / common : Auger size, Capacity, process temperatures and the process control tolerance (accuracy) To estimate the FEED time more information required to identify the type of auger, capacity, material and the amount of deliverable documentations required. The bid shall be confirmed on receiving the project description in more detail, Bases Of Design and process concept design. Final scope of work shall be drafted for the final detailed order. The design will be based on Australian standards unless required other wise. Any unresolved dispute shall be handled under the Australian Regulatory and Legal System.
