I have worked in unity and unreal engine 4. I am very comfortable working in unity 3d game engine. I can give you regular updates on the game progress and we work collaboratively using sub version. If the programming work is low, i can decrease the milestone amount too. I wouldn't ask for advance, you can release the money once you are satisfied with the work.
