I would like to hire a 3D Modeller to draw a window that converts to close balcony

I want a simulation to deliver my idea for prototype presentation and pitching. I have a design for a window that convert to a balcony. the window is rectangle and the window is divided to two connected parts the top part is from glass and the bottom part is from aluminum. there are two additional glassed plates on the bottom side of the window and it is fixed on the wall. first: the two glassed plates open one two the right and one to the left and act as a hand-railing for the balcony. second: the window bend from the middle and the alaminum part act as a base and the glassed part act as a front plate of the balcony. third: a glassed plate from the upper wall slides out and on this plate there are three plates, the sliding plate act as a ceiling, the firs plate on it will rotate 270 degree and will close the front side. the second plate on it will rotate 270 degree and will close the right side. the third plate on it will rotate 270 degree and will close the left side. all these simulation should be on a window on the house and I want to show that there is a person opening this balcony by a button, then if the person wants this balcony to be open-AIR. he has to insert a password to let the upper side plates that is related to the slider go inside the wall. the password keys should be at high level so children cannot reach. the window will bend like the bending in this video [login to view URL] the size of the window is 1 meter width and 2 meters height. the size of all other plates are 1 meter X 1 meter
