System administration and setup of Ubuntu servers with Webmin Virtualmin

I have one dedicated server box located at a data center in Arizona, USA. It has Ubuntu 14.04 and it is set up to be administered with Webmin/Virtualmin. Servers include Apache, Postfix, Dovecot, BIND DNS, ProFTPD, SSH. Today, there is very little that is setup and ready on this box. Most of the web server activity and all of the email server activity is being done on other boxes at other locations. I am the only administrator of those boxes. The goal is to get this new box setup and running so the other boxes are no longer needed. Today, there are less than 10 users. I am the one owner. I don't get money from any user. I am an architect and builder. I have a little understanding of server administration but I have no experience with Postfix, Dovecot or BIND DNS . I need someone to do most of the system setup work. I want to use Webmin/Virtualmin to do the administration. I want the work to be done at an hourly rate.
