Simple Kinetic Typography Video

We need to have a simple kinetic typography video made with the length being 9 minutes. We will give you the script, the audio and the font and a reference video, all you need to do is take those 9 minutes audio and make a kinetic typography video of it. Just basic creative transitions of the text word by word with the audio in sync but maintaining a good creative style where all the transitions look good without being too fancy. This is an urgent project and we need the video to be done by 23rd September, i.e. within 2 days. We would want the freelancer to work in After Effects and provide us with the mp4 final file as well as the After Effects Project file. Thank you all!
