Videos not playing correctly on my website need IT help

Hi there, There are some issues, I can fix, but I would recommend a better solution for you. Just upload the video on another server, you can use Youtube and link it to the iframe using in the website. Load time will be improved, server load will be released. you can make a new youtube channel and set it to private, nobody else can see the video there. Regards, Umair

I have checked a few videos, what is interesting, that the scene usually change at ~13 sec (this is just the time you have indicated). Maybe the videos are improperly concatenated ? Not sure, it is just a possibility. But in that case the problem is not website related, but video related. I will check a little bit deeper tomorrow. My initial suggestion would be: asking the complaining users about the exact videos (which one), but primarily: - operating system - web browser (me myself was not able to reproduce yet the aforementioned problem). For a try, I can reencode all of the videos with more efficient encoding settings and with no visual quality loss (actually, in the actual videos, cabac=0 (not really efficient), plus the framerate is not constant) . It would be free, though I would suggest to first rule out other possible sources of the error.
