I would like to fill in the position as a Full Time Customer Support. I am reliable, easy to train and attentive to details. I am a team player but can work with minimal to no supervision and is flexible with tasks and schedule who has over 4 years of experience in the BPO industry and 3 years working remotely.
I just completed my contract with Lime. Some of my employers were Balsam Brands, and Opencare. I just recently completed a project with My Holiday Moments as an email customer support.
I specialize in Web research, Data Entry, Admin work, Email Handling and Customer Service tasks. I am knowledgeable in Excel, Gdocs and other Microsoft Office Programs. I have handled various accounts such as Gannett, Goodyear Tire & Rubber and other big businesses in the US like medical benefits & student loans as a Customer Support. I also provided quality service as a Technical Support for Network Solutions.
I have worked using platforms such as Zendesk, Freshdesk, Basecamp, Sococo, Fullstory, SAP, PASS, Salesforce, Volusion, and a bit of a knowledge with Wordpress and Trello.
