Seeking a virtual assistant who can work during EST time from 9 AM till 5 PM, 5 days a week. You have a good headset, stable internet, and a professional attitude with long-term job history in your resume. Tasks include: - Email support - Chat support online - Phone calls - Marketing and research - Good with technology and knows how to do some testing for our apps Must have 4+ years in Marketing, email support, call center, and other related experience. Must speak fluent English and has a good grammar for writing. This is a salaried position up to $550 a month for 160 hours a month job.

I've been in the BPO industry for 11 years, handled different accounts mainly customer service, sales, email and chat support. I make sure that all my task are being done accurately and on time. I always make sure to have my list and use all the resource available to complete my task. I always make sure to have plan A, B, C etc. so I can make sure that tasks are carried out perfectly. I also make sure to identify what is most important on my task and make sure that I understand what my goal and priority is. Being in the BPO industry is not an easy job, but I have learn a lot along the way. What I have learned in this industry is you need to manage your time as well as balance your life and your work.
