Virtual Assistant Responsibilities: • Answering & Screening Telephone Calls for several different companies (Experience with multi-line phone system a must) • Great Customer Skills (Can Do Attitude) • Mail Distribution, Process Postage and Deliveries Self-Management Skills: • Pleasant telephone voice • Excel in customer service • Ability to maintain positive attitude and handle difficult conversations with clients & guests.

Hello, I graduated from Boston University USA, which is among top 50 Universities of the world. After my education, I worked in the field on different positions. I have lot of experience working as a Virtual Assistant doing customer service, self management, etc..I know the value of time. I am very hard working and always deliver work on time. My IT skills are quite decent. Nevertheless, if anything needs to be learned then I can do that in no time. As for my internet connection, I have latest computer with 2-3 hours battery backup in case of power failure. Then a generator for back up is also available. I also have 2 internet broadband connections, the best there are in the market. Thus, I can be connected with you, for full 8 hours of the day on email and Skype, without interruptions. I have been a customer service agent for about 8 years. I am trained in the British, American and Austrian Accents so a Native American’s accent is easy. Besides, I have experience in various processes both technical and non-technical. In terms of technical experience, it is Tier 3 ATT ConnecTech support. This is a level of support nobody in technical backgrounds provides these days. Besides that, notably I have also worked with sales processes. In both of these ATT processes, I have been a process trainer and a voice and accent trainer. My reputation as a competent team member who always gets the job done comes from my ability to work cross-functionally and multi-task various responsibilities at one time. The most important skill I pride myself on is that I am resourceful and an avid self-starter. My experience has taught me the importance of being proactive and adapt as situations arise. I have learned that having technical proficiency in entering data both in company systems and Microsoft helps make my job a lot easier because I would have direct access to the information. I process and apply new skills and concepts quickly. I have been able to learn multiple systems in a short time, and have been able to help others with both systems and other issues.
