In search of someone to help me with daily tasks to manage the production of our web design company. Responsibilities may include: • Emailing customers with status updates and also to check in make sure they're happy • Maintaining list of open project status • Keeping projects organized • Keeping track of open projects • Keeping on top of people for open tasks or questions that need answers • Following up on projects to make sure deadlines are being met • Light research Must speak perfect casual english Must be comfortable working in a team environment and taking ownership of your tasks Must be available Monday to Friday during EST daytime hours. Must include the phrase 'burnt toast' in your response so that I know you've fully read these outlines Must be comfortable working with slack and email. Looking for full time addition to current team for long term position (40 hours per week)
