We would recommend using a pre-exisiting product as it will reduce problems in the future. Our suggestions are quasar from linux-canada as it can be run from a windows or linux server, has clients for windows and linux and has secure log ons, multi site capability, full inventory, full invoicing, user roles and pricing schedules. There are other products out in the market but quasar is the closest to myob in the way it works (reducing training overheads), is stable and best of all is very very inexpensive (being open sourced). Our bid is for the setup of quasar on your server, set up of basic accounts and the creation of pricing levels as requested. Regards, Shane
