Simple VB/.NET Project

I vae a simple 2 form project that needs a little tweeking. This will take no more than 5 minutes and for $30 this is the easiest $30 a programmer will ever make. I just need the software to not allow any windows to cover it so it can hide the process of the saving of the files. Also at the very end it has the last popup that says "would you like to open the file after a download." I need to instantly close that window automaticlly after the download starts. (without the user needing to click it) Source code will be given prospective bidders. Payment via escrow Deadline: 24 hours.
