Web Designer Needed (Urgent)

Moreover I need a databse setup where customers can log in their account and be able to access information like their promotions status, referrals etc. Also, I need a shopping cart databse set up in order for cutomers to go to store and redeem the points they earedn for completing the offer (This will be non Ecommerce). Moreover, I need a Forum setup and an automatic email system where emails would be automatically sent to custmers upon registeration. Overview of what we are looking for: Design / layout of the home page and at least 75 pages of content about online poker, casinos including how to play, reviews of online casinos, poker rooms, etc. (we will supply the content). Design / layout of all graphics (graphics for logos, screen shots of casinos, etc will be provided). Must be programmed in .asp / windows based environment. Database Forum Automatic Email system Please let me know the total estimate and time required to complete the project.
