Web promotion and high quality link building

Online jewelry stores looking for a target driven individual that can generate quality traffic to our store. Goal: 15,000-20,000 added hits per day. The candidate will use web promotion and link building skills to promote our store. The project is to initially build a network of 600 + high quality relevant links with PR4 or higher sites. We are looking for ethical people and will not accept link farms, doorway pages, redirects, cloaking pages that have more than 40 outbound links or automated submission programs or any strategies that will hurt our business. Newsgroups, Craig’s list and other forums acceptable. No adult sites. You must have prior experience and must have valid references. If you think you are the right person for the job please contact me, I will request an outline on how you plan on generating traffic and may ask you for a “proposal” – We need work to start almost immediately. Pay is very good for the right person, in addition to the original bid amount we pay a performance bonus based on traffic generated.
