Need an expert developer for the development of a scraper

This project develops a crawler based on the scrapy framework to parse network devices infromation from a given web site that lists that information in a table with pagination. The address of this web site and example product pages will be provided to the developer in private chat. All parsed information should be stored in a postgresql database which schema will be provided to the developer. Please note the following information and requirements when estimating project timeline and costs: 1- For each product there would be two pages to parse: a) Product listing page that displays a HTML table with each row containing textual data columns and one thumbnail image of the product. The textual data and thumbnail should be read and stored in the Postgresql table. b) the product details page which url should be extracted from the first column of the table for each product. This page contains another table that list textual information and urls. This information should also be parsed and recorded in the database. 2- The spider class should have a method for configuring built-in settings such as CONCURRENT_REQUESTS_PER_IP and DOWNLOAD_DELAY. 3- The developer should also add a IP rotating proxy middleware such as [login to view URL] to their code. 4- The developer must thoroughly test the crawler and provide the database snapshot of the parsed data as a proof of correct and error-free implementation. We will provide the server and connectivity to the developer to deploy and test their code.
