411404 Large File Transfer & Share

hello, we need a solution where we can share one or multiple files or even an entire folder with a customer directly from our server. it is very important that the folder structure is 100% the same when the client views it. once we upload the file(s) which can be up to 20GB in total we need the option to invite the client to our website to view the files. this can be done by associating the folder with an email address and password that we will provide to the client. due to data privacy, we need all the files to be hosted on our server at all time, we cannot use any 3rd party file hosting. also there should be an option where we can send a client to a link on our website where they can upload entire folders or files from their computer to our website so that we can review it and process it. please write us with ideas and proposal on how you would do that. Interface does not have to look great, however, functionalities, security and basic features like resume upload if connection was lost, time and upload/download progress is a must. admin should have option to see list of IP address of users who have viewed the main folder that was shared with the client. admin should be able to easily deactivate sharing and even delete the files for a specific client. one client can have 1 or more separate folders that are shared at with us at the same time. this is a windows based server. please ask us any questions on this project. please do not post long company descriptions, only discuss this project. we give high priority to users who already have a demo for us. please place a bid that makes sense. deadline less than 14 days.
