web site with audios-videos

We need a web site with a simple admin panel; Where we can upload esseys with or without videos and audios and pictures, .... we don't need a youtube clone or a clipshare clone.... ,We can open forums with the answer control, and also questionaries. With also friendly url please respond with a link if you have done anything similar.. I think I need a server for it, also I need plus information for it. The outline of the site must be like [login to view URL] so 1 header with logos both site counter then 3 vertical division (left-middle-right) I can easily open a division in one division Regarding ‘’ ask a question’’ part; questions should be seen at my admin panel and should have following options: • Reply to sender • Delete • Reply and send to FAQ ( * choose a catagory * create a new catagory ) * Reply to sender and send to FAQ -online chat program with alog file which I cam store the log in FAQ or some where comminication in turkish is preferred.
