471574 Design a simple flyer - 40th Birthday Party

Hi, Looking for someone who can design a flyer for a birthday party. Needs to be a4 landscape - 1 side only, provided in pdf format and also good quality image files. I've attached a flyer that I'd like cloned - so please only bid if you are able to quickly produce something similar. I've also attached a word document containing the text I'd like on the flyer, and another image I'd like incorporated - see word document. Have a look at these before you respond.
