47481 Who gets too many emails?

Have you ever had too many emails?! I mean so many that you didn't know how you where going to cope? Well I do and I want a solution :-) I'm not just talking about SPAM. SPAM is a problem for me but I also mean multiple emails from a person when one would do, I mean irrelevant emails that where just sent because the other person had nothing to do and wanted to ask a silly question! I don't know about you but, I hate mobile phones, faxes and emails. The reason I hate them is because they are abused, they are not used as a tool. In modern life one is expected to be available 24hours a day 7 days a week, and one is expected to respond immediately to other peoples demands, after all "your have no excuse for not being contactable". And worse of all these things are "immediate"! Back in the "good old days" before mobiles, faxes and emails, people sent letters and importantly letters took time to get to the recipient. It was accepted that it would take time to respond. And in this lies something I would like to do. I want a system that introduces several different things to emails as a means of communication. 1) The first thing I want is a delay! I don't want my email immediately I want in a day or too so that the sender will learn that I will not respond immediately 2) A spam filter, a challenge email sent to senders of email in a similar way to that done by spamarrest dot com No I don't really want this just for me I would like to be able to provide a solution for other people to use. To this end I use spamarrest dot com as model of what I want to achieve, but obviously I want to introduce a few other things as well.
