Family Website Design & Development

This one is personal. I have an old family website, but have not done anything for a few years. There are probably great open source solutions out there that can be used to develop a family site with many functionality. So the project is about: - Develop the functionality using a dependable opensource solution. Easy to manage. - Design template / menu with the functionality - Develop the starter site . I am not sure what would be a measurement of how much development. But something that I can give pictures, time lines etc.. and the person will update pictures , make sure functionalities that are available are at minimum used with this starter package Please send me a couple good sites you did. What solution you are planning to use for this family website. More information you can provide the better chance getting project. Price is not the only factor.
