151829 Find direct links to mp3 files

Hello everybody, We need a team of people for the following task. As everyone must know there is a lot of music websites that charge a fee for a membership to access their huge databases of music and download any music from their members area. But as everyone knows practically any song can be found online for download absolutely FREE. We are planning to open a directory website where direct links to MP3 files of full songs would be listed. I need a good team of people that will be able to find lots of such free files online (as much music as possible) and in fast manner on daily basis. I am looking for LONG TERM relationship. Although I still don't have a clear vision of how to build a *comprehensive* directory of music, I mean I'm not sure where to take a list of songs to search for from (we want only the most popular music to be included into directory so that we don't spend time for music that nobody is interested in). What I was thinking of is to take sites like [login to view URL], [login to view URL] and several others and compile a single list of artists/songs to search for over the Internet. Any suggestions on this issue are welcome! Also, every day (if required) there will be supplied a list of songs that must be found first of all and as soon as possible (those will be songs that have not yet been added to our database but have been requested by visitors). I am a programmer so I will create a special administration panel for you, so your team members will be able to log in and add mp3 file links there. Inside there will be a form where you will have to enter at least artist name, song name and a link to free mp3 file you found online (also there will be fields for album name, year of release etc which are actually optional). NOTE: I guess you understand that all links must be DIRECT links to mp3 files for instant free download (no links to pages where you found it or where any registration required etc - just direct links to files themselves). We are planning to collect about 100,000 such links ultimately. It is possible that several teams will be hired. Also, we are tight on budget so, please, bid affordably as this is a simple enough job (in most cases you will find many songs at same website). The cost can be negotiated in PMB.
