E-Commerce online clothing store - shopbop.com

We are looking to have a website designed resembling the exact look and functionality of [login to view URL] Must Haves: I would like the categories to look exactly like shopbop's in where all of the item are arranged in organized drop down view showing the images, and when moused over will show the display/brief description on the right. I'd also like for the products when clicked on to operate/look exactly like the example site. This shopping cart will have to be able to be managed from the backend so that products can be easily added, removed, and arranged to display on the site. We are basically looking for a barebones site, in which we will have our graphic designer create and edit/manage all photos.
