265573 Company logos

I need three company logos. The company name is Schwenk I need the name writtin in a nice font and look dynamic. No shadows or anything that could cause problems putting it on stickers, shirts etc. Underneath the name I want a swoosh like the Nike one, just with the small end on the left ([login to view URL];q=nike%20swoosh&um=1&ie=UTF-8&sa=N&tab=wi) On all Logos there should be Inc. written in the swoosh. On the second logo there should be Distribution written underneath the swoosh. On the third logo there should be Batteries written underneath the swoosh. On the second logo I want a package at the small side of the swoosh so that it looks like it flys through the picture. On the third logo I want a battery at the small side of the swoosh so that it looks like it flys through the picture. (Example: [login to view URL];q=cr%202032&um=1&ie=UTF-8&sa=N&tab=wi) I want the logos in the following file format 1. PSD 2. GIF 3. High resolution TIFF 4. Animated GIF (please do not export from Flash due to bad resolution) 5. Animated Flash The animations should be only concerning the swoosh part.
