HTML, CSS. EXPERT, script/bot expert for wordpress site

Hi i will be quick in this post. I need someone who is great with CSS, HTML, JAVASCRIPT, AND WRITING A SCRIPT OR BOT, I want someone to help me setup my wordpresss site. the template is there , might need to edit it a bit to make it look more like I want, with colors and the colors of links , buttons ect.. I want a video gallery using the flowplayer plugin ONLY. I want a music player using the flowplayer plugin ONLY. i would like you to put the content in the site. so it is a completed site. make it look like I want it to look. which is not so much different the the original site as it is now.. I would like you to set this up on your own server for testing. when it is done. you can show me the site, show me everything that is working. after that.. set it up on my server and get paid ONLY PAYMENT THOUGH FREELANCER. so you must have a test server so that i am able to view the finished site. do not want someone working on my site for the development of the site. Also . I want someone who can take an external html page and put it into an iframe and make it appear in my wordpress site. I also want someone who when the site is finished can write a script/bot that will install the full complete site, with a few terminal commands.. so that if I need to reformat ever and reinstall, it is only a few copy and paste commands in the terminal and it will install it self and the site will be just like it was before reformatting. I am professional and I want someone who is also professional and exp. in this area. besure that you are able to speak and write english fluently . Sometime I might want a skype call to discuss something that is hard for me to explain in writing.. So you must speak write and understand english fluently
