New company logo, banner, website clone design

[login to view URL] We are seeking the following: 1) A newly designed company logo reflective of our name and the internet technology industry. 2) A newly designed company banner for the website pages and possibly as a secondary logo. 3) A newly designed logo for a product that will be offered at the new website. 4) A newly designed website that would be similar to [login to view URL] , www.cybertrust.com. We will be offering managed security services, as well as a new flagship managed security application and monitoring services. The website must use DHTML, XHTML, and CSS etc. Only the latest and highest standards in website design. Once the website is completed it will be inspected by a search engine consultant and revisions will need to be made based on their suggestions, such as changes to navigation and some coding. It won't be a complete rework, just changes that will be necessary to make the site more visible on the search engines. If you have experience in making pages more visible on search engines through design then no changes will be necessary. Information will need to be migrated from the old site to the new site, and new pages added with information we will provide. ++ If you can design the page using AJAX (Asynchronous JavaScript And XML) then your bid will be considered over others. ++ Once we have selected you the most important part of the project is the website design and theme and a mockup of the main page and one or two lower level pages would be needed to determine whether we will continue using you for the project. The price for the project will include all listed above. After that is completed we will compensate on a per need basis for further maintenance and updates to the website, including adding new pages and changing themes, at our discretion. We are looking for a good business relationship with a reliable company or hardworking developer. English skills are a MUST. You must be reachable by at least instant messenger or phone and be proficient enough in English to not need a translator or have problems with the relay of information back and forth. Time frame should be under 2 months.
