298062 a 4 pge frame layout & content

There is no design work. I have a design already. I just need it framed into (5) main pages which is already seperated into (4) main seperate pages, I just need it framed into top/bottom/left/right and the main content page that will change only. The left main navigation has 8 buttons that need a rollover color effect. All buttons are done, it just needs the code for it. Will also need to have a preload image script. I will email you the ziped file which will give you all files, graphics, and 4 html pages. You just need to frame it into 1 page, add the 8 rollover button code, and the main changing content page to fit into the middle of design with colored scroll bar for longer pages The winning designer will have to display the finished product online for approval before the finished design is accepted. All design work has been done, all page work has been done so bid according to putting into 2 pages the main framed page, and changing content page, code for 8 rollover buttons, and preload image coding.
